I do not think such a broad metaphysical context for the word "life" can have any meaning. Also the question "What is the meaning of life?" is ridiculous as subject precedes the predicate.
"Does life have any meaning?", or "Can a word, such as life, have a meaning a priori?", may be better questions to start with.
I would argue yes for the first question and no for the second question.
The meaning of life doesnt go very far. What is the meaning of a self sustaining incredibly complex chemical reaction? The real question is what is the meaning of existence. And what can arise from endless complexity
