i taught my self to cork 7 off flat ground by use of a trampoliene. i would do flat ground backflips and cork 7's on the tramp then took it to the ground. if you can jump hard and have the muscle memmory right it will work out. i do mine with out doing roundoffs in to it. i can just do it standing liek a standing backflip. it takes alot of leg power tho.
gymnastic classes can go both ways. sometimes they can be boring because they are not teaching at your personal learning curve. everyone can learn air awearness you just have to take precautions. trampoliene is a great way to learn this stuff. and cliff jumping in to water.
