Removing Hemet Marks

I have a black helmet (Smith Holt) that has some white marks in the plastic that I assume come from impacts. Does anyone know how to remove these?

you can't remove them, its where the black paint rubbed off

Hit more stuff with your head and then the entire helmet will be white.

no. just put a sticker or sumthing on them.


or, the most simple solution would be to not hit your head, but thats just me....

You could just sharpie them over, if they are like scratches.

if its just marks to the helmet, take a rag and rubbing alcohol. I just did this exact thing to my holt helmets. I have a black one and a white one. Both look brand new now. You'll be surprised how dirty a helmet gets.

i got a white helmet and steel wool cleans it like a treat, good for removing unwanted stickers as well

1.Use a marker and fill in the scratches

2.Put a little paint over it

3.Cover it with a sticker

4. Or say fuck it, things get scratched, that means your skiing hard. Who cares.

Its not like i have ocd, its just they don't look great. why is there a problem with trying to make something look like new
