so i bought my armada ar7's less than two months ago and took them through hell and back, and part of the core can be seen on the top side of the topsheet. just a little bit, is there a way to fix this and b what is the worst case scenario if i continue to ski on them?

worst case scenario is your core rots and your ski is totally fucked. not sure how to fix it but if it was me i would use ptex to fill the hole. i have no real experience with this however so someone else might be able to give you a better idea

Yeah, whatever it is, it's likely that you can shlick some epoxy in there and then just use some sort of clamp to put a soft pressure on it. At the least it will coat the wood and seal it, preventing from getting moist/absorbing moisture. My skis have wood sidewalls and have two coats of epoxy, and after a few days and nights of riding the epoxy is yet to chip and have a void for water to seep into the core.
Pictures still help though :p

Yeah, epoxy will work perfectly. You can probably find some at a hardware store in like a side by side syringe that measures it out for you. That stuff would be perfect for that.

Well if you can it would probably be best. Those little epoxy pens are only like 15 minute epoxy and set up quick. You won't need much to fix this thing, like a little pool the size of a nickel. Likely not the END of the world if you don't though; I know a guy who's got major topsheet gashes with fiberglass and wood showing through and his skis aren't waterlogged up yet.
