Ok, so this kid is on my schools swim team. (this is why his hair is blonde and like this.) This is like one of the funniest haircuts I've seen, he looks like a pedophile or something.

The blonde hair is something the whole team does a week before sectionals then seniors cut funny/weird/ridiculous designs into everyones and their own hair a couple of days before sectionals.
