This is what you do, the strap is very durable, so you take the goggles outside and take a rock, preferably 10 pounds or more and drop it on the goggles. Repeat until only strap remians. There ya go.

they have a helmet strap and a non helmet strap i switch them for when im wearing my helmet and when im not wearing my helmet

you just have to twist and pull it out at the same time. there's a post that comes straight out. just do it slow and it'll be fine
