Hola - I'm in the market for a new set of skis this year. I've landed on the ON3P Jeffrey. All the reviews are excellent and ON3P seems like a great company (american made, great ride, etc.).
I'm 6'0 200 lbs. I grew up snowboarding but made the switch to skiing about four years ago. I've picked it up pretty quickly. I live in MN and I make two trips out west a year. I currently have a pair of 177 Kendos but I'm looking for something a little bigger and wider underfoot. I'm not a super aggressive skier - I don't ski park but i like hitting up the backcountry and skiing trees.
Anyway, I'm trying to figure out what size Jeffrey to get - 181 or 186. I've read that ON3P measures to true length so the 181 Jeffrey would be the equivalent in size to say the 184 Sir Francis Bacons. I'm worried the 186s would be too much ski.
