they have been opened for two weeks and no rails. not even a single one. 80 bucks for one day of four lifts, and no park of any sort.

^not here...they are dumb and think that the whole park needs to be set up for them to open it up...what they dont understand is they can put 2 rails on the one trail until they get more snow.....

I don't understand this, you people live so much farther north, and your mountains don't open up till late december, while the resorts in north carolina open before thanksgiving.

One resort here always has a rail out on opening day, but the biggest resort won't allow skiers because of a gay ass insurance policy.

boreal has rails, or if you really want a rail, buy one and put it on a slope. personally i go to the wood for the mountain and the powder, the conditions have been good so who the hell cares about rails?

wow dude, don't be stupid. Sierra at Tahoe is like 30 min from Kirkwood. except its 40 bucks not 80. and we have 2 decents jumps and about 12 rails or boxes set up.

number uno: 80 bucks food and GAS, as my friend drove their suburban up.

number dos: i wanted to go to sierra REALLY bad, but my friend andrew heard from a j.dub that kirkwood had the superpark open. all mormons are liars that i know.

numero three: i had fun, but I REALLY wanted to get some rails in. whatevs, ill be at sierra in two weeks.

ps: sorry everyone for not being thankful out loud for the snow, i thought that was a given. but if its any consolation the snow is 4 hours away.
