What does the size underfoot on skis mean?

Okay, so this may be a noobish question, but I am really confused with what the size underfoot on skis means? Ex:Click for larger image
^ ON3P Jeffrey's, Is the middle number in dimensions the underfoot? If so, what does that mean?

It denotes eheath's BMI.

Yes, the middle number is the size underfoot. Basically it means how wide the ski is from edge to edge at the narrowest part of the ski is.
