Vitimines for life and skiing?
Lately I haven't been feeling 100%, I have a good diet that's somewhat paleo, but I don't feel as connected to my body and sort of spacey. Like my body awareness isn't where it used to be. Are there vitemins or anything that can make me not feel so spacey and a little more connected, with my body and just in general?
Like a multivitamin or fish oil or something?
