There was a beta release.  I few members have a physical copy of jib life beta.   However, I don't believe there is an available download for it.

If my memory is correct, some pictures were posted some time ago of jib life.   To say that the games' graphics were below average is an understatement.   Not that graphics are the driving force behind the game, but they create a sense of immersion.   Anyways, I would like to play it also just to see what all the talk is about =p

Newschoolers Am.

Jiblife 1 Beta was already released to a select number of newschoolers legends. (Including myself and his majesty frenchy). They actually just gave me Jiblife 2.
