real advise: start the flip with your arms up and throw them downward. for frontflips you can get a lot of extra momentum using your arms, but dont get in the habit of doing that for other flips and spins.
also, if you think youre spinning as fast as you can but still arent making it, try a bigger jump.
Well your skis come off on the lip because your taking off too early. Don't do that. Be patient. Then pop UP! Like your doing a superman. Then get in that tuck. The stronger your takeoff, the better/faster your flip will come around.
