What to eat with food poisoning

I have a pretty rough case of food poisoning and I'm so fucking hungry but nothing will stay down. I've tried soup, oatmeal, bread, pudding and have a friend bringing me a smoothie that I'll give a shot. Any suggestions?

you cant eat anything for the first 24 hours then go to your doctor and get pills for it

You shouldn't really be eating anything, if so I think its called the BRAT diet, bananas rice applesauce toast. They don't irritate your stomach as most other foods will. Food poisoning sucks.

I got it from Chinese a few weeks ago. I couldnt eat anything, couldnt even drink water. It was hard to sleep but i managed to get 5 hours in during the day. Eat when you feel comfortable not when youre hungry.

I had food poisoning in August and it sucked. I stayed in bed for about 2 days. Literally anything I put in my system would come back out in the next half hour. The only thing I had for about 24 hours was water, and I was even puking that out. Just power through it man. Try to get some sleep. That is the only way it will go by faster. Or try listening to audiobooks. Those help as well.

I've found that sushi is really easy to digest actually, there was a time when it was one of the only things I could eat without getting a stomach ache

i find pizza is really good but only if you eat it really fast, if you eat it slowly it will just come back up

for the first little bit just drink pleanty of liquids. they might mostly come up but you have to stay hydrated. Ask your doctor for ondensatron (idk how to spell it) but it is an anti nausea med given to chemotherapy patients so it is really strong and helps a lot. after a day or two start with things that dont have much fat and are easily digested so plain crachers, noodle soup the normal sick stuff. good luck man feel better.
