easy. utah state is a piece of shit institution in the middle of nowhere. U of U actually has a program worth going through and you're in the middle of the city. why you would even debate between these two schools is beyond me.

Id defer for a year because i plan on spending a year or 6 months in norway doing some "studying"

the U hands down. unless youre from a small town where people have sex with animals and still go to church on sunday, then go to Utah State.
