I am calling out one of you filmmakers to create a full-length movie on Mickael Deshenueax. He is simply the best skier out there. The last 3 years i have refused to buy movies that do not have segments with him in it. Something like 'there is something about McConkey' except on Mickael. Anyone who watches Mickael and says he isnt the best is just plain wrong. the end.

yeah the problem is his roaming lazy nature. if someone made a concentrated effort to travel EVERYWHERE with him in a season the video would be unbelievable. i have seen him waiting for a chairlift in mammoth and he even shuffles in line with style.

dude mickael was all over the style before everyone else picked up on it. he would never do a trick if it didn't look rad. he was the first to do blunts, butters, leading mutes, carves...well i'm not sure about all that stuff but he was doing it before it hit mainstream. now his new trick is that d-spin blunt. what a genius! he does what nobody does and makes it look rad! d-spins are dead right now because going inverted is 'lame' and only corks are hot shit...but he busts it out and makes it so sick and i bet next season everyone will be hiting that up, like he tottaly went invert on his switch cork 10 blunt at us open, WHO DOES THAT!!...only pimps thats who!

well then, lets just have it cover a 12 hour period. Call it 'A Day in The Life of Snoopkael Deschdogg'.
It would start when he woke up at around noon on the day he won the 2004 US Open Big Air. There would be no way to censor the 20 some odd spliffs and beers consumed before dark. But after 6 or 7 straight hours of video gaming (some gangster game resembling Grand Theft Auto) he would don a white one piece Oakley Suit with lots of spray paint and a fur collar. After a lot of complaining about his injured ankle and speculation whether or not he would even compete, he would borrow Larose's skis, hop in the van and take the ride to Vail. In his first competitive jump he would stomp a cab 7 true tail so steezy that he jumped to the top of the leaderboard. As the night progressed, 7 became 9 and then nine became 10. Each one was more inverted and he held the true tail just as long every time. Josh Novotny would cry tears of happiness, Jon Olsson would hang his head in shame, and TJ Schiller would come up JUST short on the night of his life. Mickael would hop off the podium grab his oversized check, get back in the Dyanstar car and return to the hotel. After innumerable beers, spliffs, and Jenga games he would head to bed as the first repeat Big Air champion of the US Freeskiing Open.
I don't know how feasible a Mickael documentary would be, but this day was the most ridiculous thing that I have ever witnessed. Two days later he flew out of Denver and back into Swiss obscurity. Talk all the shit you want about Mickael Deschenaux, there is no denying that he is a living mystery (and the most gangster mother fucker that's ever had 2 skis on his feet).

liam did a very good job of summing up mikeal (from what i have gathered anyway), and in doing so also underlined the origional point - WE NEED A DOCUMENTARY. There is no way he hasnt been doing this before, a man cant smoke all day and occasionally ski then beat TJ at big air - or is there?

I saw him practice, once. It was before the pipe at the US Open in Vail like two years ago. He was tthe smoothest and perhaps chillest person ever to wander a mountain. He seemed cool too, let me film him a bit.

I would like to see more of him though, it does not have to be skiing, just getting ripped

Liam had the story right except that he did not go to bed that night, he just put everyone else to bed slugging Dom out of the bottle and partied like the plane was goin down. He then headed to the Open to watch the halfpipe comp with the most recent bottle of Dom freshly polished off around 11 AM. Straight ballin

whoever said this is a retarded idea can lick my nuts, mickeal is an amazing skiier and anyone who doubts him is an idot, look at his past, hes amazing.... he had one of the best movie segments i have ever seen to this date, and it was in a movie 3 years ago, hes the most stylish peice of crap in the ski industry and hes still young, a mickeal movie would be amazing......

Dishwalla...he didn't borrow them because he had no skis. Larose and Belan were the only ones with their promodels at that time, and they both said that they would be honored to have Mick use theirs since they were judging. His ankle was killing him though, and I seriously didn't expect him to compete. Once he started jumping everyone realized that he was far from off his game...
