Aight. So until now, I've rode teh slopes in the cute Columbia jacket my grandmother bought me for christmas. I have epic skis, boots, all that important stuff. But i look like a gaper. THIS IS WRONG. So, I'm going to buy myself a real ski jacket this winter, and eventually the other gear as well. I'm not trying to sacrifice performance for style, but it'd be nice to not look like I should be in the ski instruction school learning how to pizza/french fry. What types of jackets both look sick, are designed towards skiing use, and are durable? With the holidays coming up, I'll have enough money to go for a more high end type of jacket, but I just need some suggestions.
I take a few trips out to the rockys every year for a week or two, and thats where I actually ski, but the rest of the time I'm stuck in Minnesota, with only a few smaller hills to go to. And I'm an all around skiier, do a bit of everything, and I'm big. like 6' and 200lbs. Any suggestions are welcome.
BTW, preferrably something that isn't compltely black. Everyhting i have is black. Thanks
