As bad as we are educated, puerto Rico is definitely worse. It would take alot of money to make it up to parr with the rest of us, it would be like joining a race halfway through and starting from the beggining. I say fuck that. The island is just gonna be mooching leach to us

The fact that they have awful education, and its a very poor commonwealth. Explain to me why there would be more income, taking into account the millions if not billions we'd have to spend on them.
