I won't be a hypocrite though because I've been there; making nasty ass meals when I was high as fuck in high school, but trust, when you get older you'll look back and think OMG what in the fuck was I eating.

buy a big thing of frozen chicken. put one or two breasts in the fridge a day. buy some spices or rubs and just cook that shit. super cheap very good for you.

When I fucked up my shoulder last winter I pretty much lived off banquet microwave dinners. Had like 40 in the freezer at one point. Couldn't cook very well left handed. Tried to make dinner and kept knocking the pan of the burner said fuck it, went to walmart, and balled out hard.
