Griffons or axial 2 120s durability?

I ski park 100% of the time, all the time. Which is more durable? I mainly ski rails (east coast)

from a lot of things ive heard on here the axial will be more durable but i dont have any experience with them personally, how much do you weigh?

the axials are a little more durable but the griffons are going to release less when you dont want them too. the axial, which is essentially a PX, tends to release when you dont want and when it shoudlnt.

^The above is true, although @J_BISCHOF I disagree with the latter (not quoted above). I have had park experience on both the Royal Family series and the Axial 2 series, which you correctly pointed out is a 'rebrand' of the PX series. From experience I have had more problems with prereleasing with Royal Family binding, mainly due to the heel piece sliding back on the heel piece rail. This has also occurred on Royal Family bindings which I have never used in the park, such as my Barons.

somewhat related but i have two axial 120 heelpieces, theyre maybe 3 years ago's model? not sure but theyre just plain black not that funky orange and grren they do now. and i have a pair of px12 toepieces, since theyre essentially the same binding would i be ok with have a px toepiece and a axial heelpiece? i know how to do the dins and such just wondering if id run into any trouble swapping the heel and toepieces

you'll be fine, it's the same shit, different name.

to OP, the axial 2's are notorious for getting wobbly heel pieces but it's really only until you clip in then it goes away. Not sure how it affects performance, never had any problems with mine, even though I could tell they were loose.
