Triple Flip On A Trampoline help

My friend and I just started to try triple flips and in the video I try a triple lincoln loop and under rotated. So does any body have any advice on doing them? like how to flip faster, get more air... idk

Im the second guy in the black. Also how do you double cork I always just end up doing dub misty 9s or 10s thanks

try tucking a little bit later and make it more explosive, right now, you already initiate the tuck and flip when you're still on the tramp ...
