Broken heel. left leg getting weaker

so about a month ago i ended up breaking my heel and im not supposed to put any weight on it and i cant tramp or ski for 3-4 months. my leg has been getting weaker and ive started getting out of shape cus all i can do is sit around all day. does anybody have any leg exercizes that are 0 impact on my heel? preferably quads>calfs. also, does anybody have any cardio exercizes other than running?

+k cus this would help me out a ton

how exactly does a leg lift do absolutely anything for your legs?

I can vouch for this, almost no impact, builds muscle, is cardio.

by laying on your back and lifting your leg(s) in the air, holding it for periods or up and down in intervals without touching the ground.....

strengthens your quads and knees a little bit.
