His line was real sick, when he rolled over to that jump I flipped out, then he ate shit (didnt see it coming, didnt realize was I was watching) fucked up. Cant believe he only bruised his heels, lucky guy.

more like 20x80 from lip to knuck... and the landing was actually massive this year. It was half that size back in '08.

He was scared. I think he started to go nose heavy and ditched because crashing on a bike from 30ft up would be much more dangerous than falling with no bike.

Uhhhh... he was committed. Do you have ANY idea what the drop in to the canyon gap looks like?!

Cam OVERSHOT and landed FLAT. Bailing and trying to roll it out was probably a way better idea than landing to flat on his bike, blowing out tires, taco'ing rims and compressing his spine and god knows what else. Look at the drop in. How do you NOT commit to that line?!

ive mt biked some crazy shit that was pretty steep, but that picture above says it all. if anyone has ever rode a bike down a trail thats anything close to that steep, you can understand how much commitment it really takes.
