Adobe premier vs final cut x

I got a question for you guys,

what do you like more about adobe over final cut x?

i already made the switch from final cut pro 7 and am not sure what the difference between the two really are?

my buddy is contemplating switching and only things i could come up with are how much easier my workflow is/ease of editing.

what do you guys think?

IMO Final Cut X blows major cock. I prefer 7, so I am sticking with it.
And Premier and Final Cut 7 have the ability to have very similar interfaces, so there is not too much of a learning curve. But the Final Cut X interface is weird as fack.

IMO, get Premier over Final Cut X.
I use FCP 7 though, never experimented with Premier really.

i have never really played with premier but i like the 3 way color corrector in final cut
