The cut his set from 45 min. to 25 min. to give Usher more time, then he got angry and said fuck a lot.


Do note, modern guitars are harder to break.

THIS EXACTLY! I also grew up listening to dookie with my dad... and the first real concert I ever went to was greenday in 2001 or something when i was 13... and they played so well! it was awesome.. then my music taste eventually changed... and they started producing bullshit like american idiot. aaaaaand now they are washed up... and no one cares about them.... and their 45 min set (which is already SO short) got cut to 25 minutes so that Usher could play longer... I guess that says a lot about where green day is these days... haha.

Saw them at Lollapalooza a few years ago. One of the bands of my "youth"
They played for over 2 and a half hours that time, I can't imagine what their 25 minute show would be like, other than disappointing.

Green Days awesome, my really good friend is super hyped on them, and some of their older stuff is awesome. Billie Joe can also be funny as hell as proven here. Never have I seen another man swear as much as he does

Also didn't they just have an album drop? Probably all bullshit to create hype like most things these days.


Watched a greenday doc on the bio channel. The fucking thing was talking about how american idiot was their best album and how they re defined so much and really showed their true talents or some shit. I was like LOL time to watch something better.

When I think of green day I think street spots on my bike with dookie on my cd player blasting out of those little sony speakers. Shit like that. Honestly I will probably never see greenday live. I sort of pretend like they don't exist anymore. I don't want to ruin that little gold from the past.
