Stupid question

is it bad for your skis to be sitting in dry heat for a day? like about 4 hrs at around 100 degrees? or will it be fine.

Your skis base is like your skin, if you keep it waxed and juicy it is better for them, if you let your base oxidise (turn powder white) it is really difficult to get the base back in good shape, oxidized bases don't take wax and you won't  be able to save it without a few base grinds, so yea in short, dont do that

I think they would be fine after only 4hrs, give them a good waxing after though. And Definately dont put them in that heat if you don't have to.
