Breivik Sentenced to 21 years in prison

The Norwegian mass murderer Anders Behring Breivik was just sentenced to at least 21 years in prison. He was not seen as criminally insane as was thought possible to happen until the reading of his judgement. Fucker is smiling.

I think that there should be additional sentencing for certain charges. like "oh you just killed a bunch of people and enjoyed it.  Well how about you get a dry dildo in the ass every day for 20 years and the last year in prison you deal with a lobotomy performed with archaic Egyptian tools through your nose."   "Oh and you want to be placed under for the operation?  sorry that's a no go.  perhaps you should have thought about that before you killed a bunch of people you dick face." (man I wish judges spoke like that sometimes.)

The sentence can be continued by 5 years at a time if necessary, so in theory he could stay imprisoned until his death. By Norwegian law he does have the chance to a parole hearing after 10 years, but him getting out seems very unlikely.

Implying he will not have his own cute accommodation in Prison, like he has right now.

Currently he has three cells at his disposal, one where he can rest, sleep watch tv, one with a tamperproof pc and one with gym equipment.

Like I've said in other threads related to this - many countries don't have sentences over 20, 25 or 30 years.

Hell, there's a place where "jail" refers to the inmates living in houses together on an island doing misc yardwork and shit. They're even allowed to head into town on the boat if need be. One guy was there for killing a couple people with a chainsaw. They had him cutting down trees around the island...using a chainsaw lol

he is probably gonna spend the rest of his life in prison. The scentence can be extended after the 10 minimum years, and then extended again every fifth year.
basically he can sit there the rest of his life, but he also can be released after ten years. Its highly unlikley though.

so in Norway, you get roughly 3 months prison time for each person killed? Not to mention damn comfortable prisons, and lack of prison gangs. Holy dude man that country is a piece of shit!

Like was said, as he is seen as a danger to society and humanity, it's doubtful he will ever be released.

I really wouldn't call one of the best countries on this planet a piece of shit.

Well he got some sort of sentence, that gives the authorities the right to increase the sentence at any time.

So he wont ever really get out.

i would if they have a justice system that was apparently installed by a sociopathic toddler.


All he has to do is show he is remorseful, and that he would never do it again...and boom, according to the law he gets to leave.

actually seems intelligent as in America sentencing is purely punative. This at least gives a person a chance to change not that I think this person should ever get out but the system seems better. More rehab related
