vectoring

dose anyone know how to do vectoring (i think thats what its called where you make it look kinda like a cartoon) on photoshop. i think it looks killer but i cant find out how to do it. post if you know how.

use the pen tool. next time use the search tool on the top right of this page there has been thousands of threads about this

I wouldnt really say it is making it wireframe.
Vectoring is basically making everything inifintely resiable if you want to get technical. Raster is just like your basic image.
