Difference between Smith I/O and I/OS?

Pretty self-explanatory, the only difference I really see is the size...
ANy other differences ? and then which is better? Idk which to buy

The better one is whichever fits your face. Other than that, the only difference is the outriggers

I tend to see more women wearing the I/OS than the I/O. But yeah, it also depends on the shape of your face. In my opinion I like the I/O more.
