I can not help but think about the death of the universe while I see the night sky. Eventually all the stars in the universe will burn out, and there will be only white dwarfs left for a short time then complete darkness and absolute cold. That is effectively the death of the universe and the scary part is that is out of anyone's control because of the laws of entropy.
Humans will be very long dead before this happens but what happens after the death of the universe? the timeframe that allows for life in the cosmos is incredibly low its something stupid like a billionth billionth of a ten thousandth of the life of the universe but there was still heat production up until the death of the stars.
When the stars die, the universe has infinite entropy so everything is one. There is no variation in matter in the universe and a constant temp level and light level across the universe with no matter formed.
Anyone think about this kind of stuff?
