Whats up with surface double times?
Who owns a pair and what are they like? Im really wanna get a pair but i want to know if there stiff/soft, solid on jumps, or nice on rails, just any review or input on the ski would be much appreciated, K+ for any help
Awesome skis. Stiff and snappy, super nice for jumps, fun on rails. Also can shred the whole mountain if need be. Highly recommended!
super super fun skis like said^ but are you looking at this years or last years? because last years were not real durable, but i heard they beefed them up this year
As far as durability goes, I would say this years(and the year before) are solid base and edge wise, topsheets like to chip a bit though. However yes I can confirm that the topsheets have been beefed up for 12/13
My friends broke and he had them for 2 weeks they broke doing somthing any ski should be able to take which is powder so idk i have heard good and bad reviews so..
I just got them and tried them on my summer jib, and they do seem super brittle, like if i nose block theyll break. Their pretty light though, but im used to masterminds which are bendy and stuff, these are stiff as hell
i have them! rad fun super playful ski. they aren't suuuuper soft, (invaders, watchlifes) they definitely give a little if you push them hard. I LOVE them on rails, mounted them dead center and it's perfect. they are definitely better than my watchlifes on jumps... they are definitely soft enough for tons of rail work, but they have enough stiffness to be stable outside of the park
that being said this is the second pair of surfaces that i've thrashed to death... buy armada or something that won't fall apart underneath your feet
All times are Eastern (-5)
