nice airports

Ive been flying a lot in the last few months and have been in some shitty airports and some nice ones. I think Vancouver Airport is the nicest i have been to be far, i know its my home town but when you fly in you get to walk by waterfalls and crazy native art it looks really good, i think the worst aiport i have been in so far is San Franisco, i hate it there. I also hate Sydney airport just because i had to sit in the departures area for so many hours. I havent had to much trouble with customs officers only leaving vancouver for the states i kept messing up the visa form and the custom officer dick head kept making me go to the back of a huge ass line, took me forevor almost missed my flight. Whats your best and worst airport experiance?

The Miami airport is disgusting. That being said, I have had nothing but good experiences in Chicago O'hare and the new Detroit airpoirt is surprisingly nice.

bradley internation, close to my house, is pretty nice. places in the islands are shitty, but for what they have, meh... i didnt like atlanta, but philly had a wicked nice airport.

i thought o'hare(chicago) was really nice but i didnt like it only b/c we had a shitty airline and had to walk out on to the tarmac(where teh planes are) to get on the plane b/c we were flying in a tiny ass plane( not even a nice tiny ass one) to a lil shit hole of an airport(Scranton/ Wilkes-Barre)

Chicago O'Hare is nice......vancouver is nice because it was recently re-done....like within the last 5 years




my mom plucks my ball hair at night when im sleeping and glues them to her eyesbrows cuz she had a terrible camping incident when she was younger and her eyebrows never grew back, shes been doing this since i was 13 im gonna have to start chargin that fat bitch for my hair

The Doylestown airport is pretty nice. it's all private planes and helicopters though, so it's a little different.

It's just as busy as a regular airport though because everybody around here has their own helicopter to take them to work in New York or Philly and priate jets to take them places farther away, so i guess it's not that different.

I like Minneapolis International, its crazy nice. I hate detroits, its so shitty. The airport by us has 4 gates(i think).

yeah but who wants to pay 10 extra dollars at the gate, its such a hassle. why not just tack it on to the ticket price or something... still, pretty weak. and i had to pay it last march... last time i was there.

vancuver airport, on the way back from camp this past summer i got A PEDICURE while i was waiting for my flight, soo sweet

Worst was Salt Lake City, Stuck there for 5-6 hours. We ate lunch and dinner at the same resturant and walked around the airport (through all the terminals and shit) 3 times.

yeah i live in boston and i swear...Logan has been under construction forEVER. it's a pain in the ass to fly in and out of. nicest airport? this little one in Gunnison, CO where you can hang up in the bar until about 10 minutes before your plane takes off.

So Vancouver has the nicest decoration, Heathrow has the best shopping-eating-doing nothing area, Paris is nice, Chicago is all right and Houston is the shittiest airport ever I got stuck there for 7 hours on the way and back from Brasil.

Denver and ATL are super nice. O'hare is a piece of shit. San Fran is pretty bad too. The Gunny airport has like 2 gates max. Telluride's airport is on the edge of a huge cliff band.

Vancouver: Very nice, clean, overall pleasant experiences in there.

Denver:Probably the airport with the most amenities, although security is a bigger hassle than in any other airport I've ever been in because of their temporary ish setup.

Tokyo Narita: One of my favorites because it has these micro-hotels that are like space age and they look like something you would find at a morgue.

LAX: Basically the shittiest, dirtiest, grossest airport I've ever been to.

Minneapolis: I know this airport like the back of my hand. It could use a little more shopping space, but I like how there usually arent too many people in any one place.

St. Lewis: It's got the walk of lights. what else can I say?

Don Muang airport, Bangkok: Not the nicest or newest, but definatly one of the easiest airports to get through. They have about 1 customs desk for every 3 or 4 people that get off a 747. Bangkok is in the process of building a new, very large, state of the art international airport.

Anywhere in Mexico: avoid if possible.

AND THE WINNER IS...

Aspen, CO: They have leather recliners in the terminal, only one gate, chill security (in my experience) and about three times more space than needed to house the passengers of the tiny planes they fly outta there.

-Orlando is a decent airport, hotel and everything buitl right in. Probably one of my fav. except for security
-Toronto depending on which terminal your in, gots Timmy HOs adn everything...
-Sydney International is pretty chill too everyone in Oz is so laid back and they are so happy plus they have awesome food and a mall...
-Vancouver is pretty nice too, although tryin to get through that corridore with all the ASian airlines is a nightmarem, especially if ur in a rush.
-Turks adn Caicos (provo) is riduculious the people are just stupid
-any airport in Mexico is just dirty
-Heathrow is nice, a lil small tho and hard to find your way around in
-LAX i liked LAX, tons to do and see during layovers
-Brisbane International is super fun.. its a GIANT circle i think i spent too long there one day
-Calgary Airport is pretty cool too.. with all the dinasours and shit
-Miami is a pain in the ass...its soo big and no one knows anything!!
Security is always a pain in the ass and with todays current events its not going to get any easier to get through security so get used to it! I was told once that i wasnt allowed to wear my studded belt on the plane and that I would have to check it!
I do whatever my rice crispies tell me too.

San Francisco: International terminal is good, but I have no experience in the regional.

Osaka Japan: Busy, confusing, and japanese.

Detroit: Better than the rest of the city.

Eagle, CO: Always delayed.

Tampa: was ok about 10 years ago. I really dont know anymore.

Saginaw: Very nice and relaxing.

Colombus OH: Pretty descent. I got delayed a few hours there and it turned out to be pretty cool.My mom got a pedicure and I played in arcade. It got really really hot that day, and we were out on the tarmac for about 15 minutes burning off fuel so we could take off.

when youre in the right terminal in Hartsfield(ATL's airport) it is super nice, mainly the delta and international concurses. Concourse d, and C are shit though. i really like denvers, SLC is shit, i liked frankfurt intl too and gatwick and heathrow.

the airport in instanbul turkey is awesome, has like a burberry store, prada, ect. soo nice.
denver airport- its ok not that much to do
cincy airport- love it, so easy to get around
dayton airpOrt- SUCKS!!! i almost missed my flight on the way to college this summer caus ethey told me the wrong gate, and i had to run like to the compete opposite end of the airport, SUCKED!!
eagle airport- sucks, takes sooo long to get your luggage, and even long to wait in line to get food
dalas fort worth- SUCKS, soo dirty and huge and shit, god i hate it
palm beach- security line is always sooooo frickin long sucks
new york city, whatever the airports called- DISGUSTING
london airport- pretty nice
dublin airport- ok kinda dirty
berlin- sweet airport
barcelona- sweet airport
