A friend of mine from high school played this at our graduation two days ago. Since then, it skyrocketed from 12 views, to almost 160,000...... in less than 24 hours. First video is live performance and the second is more studio-like.

i posted before i listened to the song...
honestly the only thing she has in common with adele is that she sings
yes she has a good voice but her style is something very different from adeles

I mean, she was pretty good...definitely better than your average high school wannabe rapper, but I would not call 100,000 views on Youtube a "skyrocket to stardom," or compare her to Adele.

I absolutely loved that. Beautiful music. The only problem is that she only has one song. It does take a certain amount of skill to put out multiple pieces of music which are very good. Otherwise you can easily end up as just another one hit wonder artist. Nonetheless, I hope that her talent is recognized.

The only reason people like adele and lady gaga are famous is not because of their voice but because of their style. Good singers are all over, but what separates other from the crowd is an attitude and a passion. This girl has a decent voice, but nothing special. If you really want to rocket to stardom you have to do something original.
