go fast and pressure ur heals under the front of your heal. imagine a stick dug thru ur tib/fib. dont lean back tho... skis up, weight forward, weight on heels

Ohhhhh that nose butter 3 made me need to change my undies.

But...you'll be fine man. I was so scared doing it for the first time. But lots of speed and you'll naturally move your weight back. So much fun!!
