im lookin to drop some pounds, build muscle, have fun, and kick some ass.

i was thinking of starting some martial arts classes this summer.

which one should i pursue?

how i rate the importance:

1. workout

2. fun

3. ability to fight people

all are important

Brazilian ju jitsu is pretty sick...you learn to build muscle, strengthen your core, and kick ass!

i have a black belt in Taekwondo /claim


its a lot of defencive techniques, like what you can do if someone runs towards you, punches you etc.

Its a self defence thing. Fun though
