When I broke my arm i got an iv of morphine. They gave me three shots of it through i.v. and every time i got a shot i could feel the drug go through my veins through out my body. It was really wild and the high hit me quick. Then when they set my arm they gave me a drug to make me happy not sure what that was and they gave me ketamine to knock me out and when i woke the room was spinning around me and I was out of it. then i started puking from the concoction of drugs they had given me. When it was time for me to leave i could hardly walk since they gave me an extra dose of katamine because apparently i was waking up, talking and screaming when they were moving my bones in my arm, i do not remember that one bit haha. then they wheeled me out of the hospital since i could hardly walk because i was super high. The next morning i woke up still high 6 hours. I then got a weeks worth of oxycodone.

When I was in the hospital in December I had a couple doses of Dilaudid and Phenergan. I was shit fucked. I had no idea where I was or what was going on.

I got 15 mg of valium in an IV once. That is apparently a lot. But it was sick. Everything was hilarious for a little bit.

The cocktail I got when they reset my nose was pretty funky. Knocked me the fuck out and had me feeling shitty for over 24 hours.

Got some vicodin; I would take it and once it set in it only half helped the pain. It seemed as though the other half was making me high. I got back to school and took one, then my buddies went and smoked a dubie...I may have joined in...and the episodes of Community we watched after may or may not have been the most hilarious I've ever seen.

first thing i aid after getting my wisdom teeth out was "oh shit im so baked" to my mom. then i noticed that one of the ceiling tiles was crooked and i kept trying to stand up on the recovery table to fix it when no one was watching me. then when mom and i were outside, there was this sick looking hand rail by the stairs, and i shout "im gonna hit it" and started running (as best i could in my condition) at the rail and my mom just caught me by the collar when i was one step away from jumping on it.

that was childrens hospital, they hooked me up with the weeks worth of oxys so i was high all week long. Another time got NO2 at the dentist once and they ended up giving me too much apperently because i started tripping when they were working on my teeth. I was in full on couch lock going in and out of consciousness unable to move at all and was on basically mind control doing what they told me watching the trippy swirls and color changes in the ceiling when i had my eyes open. I then got up and yaked big time all over the dentist office floor, stumbled out of the door way and fell on the floor. I definitely caught a bunch of other parents attention when i stumbled out of the room. They told me that i had been off the laughing gas for 15 min and it for sure didn't feel that way.

Lmao. Skier instinct took over.

I was prescribed heavy vicodin after my oral surgery and I was pretty much the same way. I was hitting on the nurse that was taking me to the recovery room by offering her my ice pack over and over again. When I got to the room, I just sat there reading the ice pack that she kept handing to me. When I finally got home, my girlfriend came over to "babysit" me as my parents went out, I also tried giving her my ice pack multiple times as well. After a while my parents came back and she left but I was so doped up I didn't noticed and ended up calling my girlfriend a few times wondering where she went. I guess you can say it was a pretty good time..

Liquid codein(sp?) /thread also I'm in a test group for Ritalin they think that anything over 60mg is bad so I Actually don't know the amount I'm given but it feels like its lot sorry I'm on moble, also I'm sorry none of you belive that but it is true

The doc gave me some crazy ass cough syrup when I had really bad virus. Drank half the bottle and thought my piss was worth money. I refused to flush the rest of the day.

haha i wish i was taking part in that test. This kid at my school to 120mg of adderall right before class, dont ask me why he did because I still ask my self the same question. My friend ran into him in the restroom and said that the kid was whipping sweat from his armpits such a clown haha. The same kid came drunk to my senior gym class, which took place at a bowling ally.

After going a couple days with a near ruptured which then moved onto a ruptured appendix( i didnt know it was this until i went to the hospital) i felt like i was dying.. so i went to the E.R... they continued to try different pain killers and i kept saying they didnt work( morphine, dillauted). They finally got to this one and holy balls.. that shit hit so hard. i felt it running in my veins and i could taste it somehow. Nothing made sense.However i couldnt move without having to puke(side affect). I dont know how its humanly possible to puke as much as i did.

I just had surgery this morning at around 8am. Getting knocked out by the anasethsia was really something else,such a powerful feeling. When I wke up I was excruciatingly nauseaus I kept dry heaving (because I had not eaten) until they gave me enough gravol and morphine to make me feel a little better. I am no stranger to morphine - a year and a half ago I was the recipient of a periotonsilar abscess. It wass literally one of the most painful things. I didn't eat properly for 3 weeks, lost over 20 pounds because of the 6 rounds of antibiotics and 2 rounds of steroids I was on to try and combat whatever sort of super-strep I had. FInally, after it grew to the size of a golfball I beggd to be taken to the ER. I ended up having a procedure to lance this abscess because the danger ofu it rupturing and the me therefore going septic was very great. So the day before Christmas eve (when I went to the hospital) they ended up lancing my abscess without being put under and no anaesthesia. By two residents. Why my dad had to unfortunateyl stop mid process because they were dropping needles basically down my throat due to the fact they oculdnt open my jaw with out exeeding amounts of force. the Doctor was called in when I started to vomit due to the amounts of infection they dropped back into my my throat bcamed to overpowering - and let me tell yu vomiting with a mouth filled with needles and scalpels is NOT fun. eventually the find the abscess behind my tonsil and send me back to the er. I wait for 3 hours on an IV until they manage to find me a bed for the night. I was 15, 2 hours away from home in downtown Toronto. My dad had left that point and I was not put in paediatrics for some dumb fucking unkown reason. I then rolled myself and my iv filled only with antibiotics to the nurse before typing in all caps into a blank texts "IT HURTS I HAD MY PROCEDURE WITHOUT PAIN KILLERS". that's when the morphine started. I was on morphine drips that were replaces every hour and a half and was given vicdoen every 2 hours. a 105 pound girl who has not eaten for 3 weeks does NOT do very well on that sort of stuff. I woke up the next day so loopy, and because I wasn't techically a registered patient I was not fed. My parents weren't around to see to it that I got fed either. I got pulled off the morphine at 2pm and instantly began to halluciate. Hard. it was a terrible trip too. thE ceiling was ommitting a lot of cockroaches, I was screaming, the clock was dripping blood lkesome weir fucked up salvador dali art. my parents arrivd to me havng a full scale hallucination and they ended up calling the nurse when I was screaming at the cieling and they put my iv back in and gave me a shitton of fluids and then started feeding me. iT wore off after a couple hours and I went home. having a 4inch long slice in the back of your throat was very painful. I highly don't recommend it...... and hospials around christmastime suck. SO MUCH. /endmylonggrossstory

Holy Shit. I never want to be in a situation like that, it makes me wonder how people can drop LSD comfortably. I have a few friends that have dropped and said they loved it but I don't know how they can keep doing it with the risk of having a terrible trip like that. That shit's scary.

When I was 13 had I a colonoscopy. They had to put a tube down my nose for a few hours first to flush me out. Before that they gave me this little vile of some kind of magic potion to drink. I was flying high for a few hours. Im bit sure what it was but it was like I was dreaming. I vaguely remember watching Casper 3 and I do not want to know what I said to my parets. They were with me the hole time. Any ideas of what it was?

once when i was like 13 my stomach hurt for a few days, my GP thought it could be my appendix. went to hospital, it stoppped hurting, told docs it still hurt, because i wanted to get it out because i thought it would be cool to have surgery. after two days of tests that came back clear they took it out. got two weeks off school which was pretty cool at the time.

One time i was in the hospital and was given pain medicine through IV. then they gave me anti nausea medicine through iv and i just started freaking out it felt like my skin was crawling shit sucked.

Yeah when I wa at skate camp I snapped my wrist I half and when I had to get the bones set they gave me something that got me pretty high. I think it was the same thing as OP

Had mine out in December. Conscious sedation is amazing. They most often use Propofol, the stuff that killed Michael Jackson. I kept telling the oral surgeon which vein to put the IV in, even though it was already in. I made the mistake of marathoning through the latest season of Dexter that first day. HORRIBLE IDEA!!!

I have had some similar stuff for my bonemarrow biopsies. At one point I was convince the flourescwnt lights were falling stars and I was trying to catch them. Fun stuff but I don't recall what it was, it was administered through an IV.

when i first started taking ritalin i accedentally had like 3 bottles of sunny d with like 20 mg of ritalin (citrus juice makes the effects of ritalin stronger), of course i had no clue what i just took and went to class. about halfway through class i started feeling weird and my foot wouldnt stop shaking, soon enough i was weightless and hovering about 2 inches above my chair. i figured something was up at this point so i left class and floated down the hall to my locker and read the sheet i got with the bottle of pills, except i didnt read the sheet, the sheet read ittself to me. after that things started to settle down and by the end of the next class i was fine

I don't smoke or do any other type of drugs, so my experience was pretty sillly. But I am terrified of shots, like have to be held down to get them terrified. So, my new doctor prescribed me half a xanax to take before getting my shots. Since I didn't seem to feel it, I took a whole one, and when that didn't seem to work I took another. So, two xanax in and i'm feelin pretty high. I was so relaxed I fell walking into the doctor's office. Still was terrified of the shots, didn't get them and ended up being high off xanax the rest of the day-- I was all over everything in the stores, talking to people and petting things. Pretty lame story, but makes me laugh when I thinka bout it.

I will say this, right before you fall asleep from iv anesthetics is wild. I had percocets once, no effects other than pain relief and making my stomach hurt pretty bad. Stopped taking them cause of that.

Last summer i had surgery, i kept waking up and screaming so they kept giving me more morphine and then i just started laughing alot when i woke up for good but was still in lots of pain. they offered me more then my mom told the doctors they couldnt because i would get addicted to morphine. then she took the oxy's they prescribed me for the same reason. fucking bitch. i found them a month later and sold them.

Ouch. Yeah one time I was puking really bad so a nurse gave me some morphine and it felt just like that. Also was on vicodin for a while when I broke my leg. Just remember beein kinda sleepy all the time but I didn't shit for two whole weeks. After taking some x lax I had the absolute most painful shit of my life. I don't know if my broken leg or my ass hurt more but I remember wishing I still had vicodin while I was on the toilet.
