@the guy above, its standard policy that you need a reciecpt to warrenty skis, this is across the industry. So if you win skis and you dont have a reciepct to show you paid for the skis, you cant expect customer service. Customer service is for exactly that, Customers. So if you did not pay for the skis, the company does not really owe you anything.
Like I said before though, try and get your areas rep's contact details. That will be your best bet. Dont bother trying to contact atomic yourself, chances are you will get nowhere.
