Ace of spades vs. On3p Filthy riches
I currently have the ace of spades in a 170 and really enjoyed them this year. I was wondering how the filthy riches compare to the ace of spades. All of your input would be very much appreciated and +k! Thanks!

I recently purchased the On3p filthy riches, and they are some of the best skis I have ever ridden! I have tried both cambered and rocked skis, and these feel very different. They are very smud, even though the rocker is pretty abrupt. It is pretty hard to compare these to Ace of spades, cause I believe that they are quite different, but I have not tried them. Frs are not very stiff, and they do have both alot of rocker and some camber. Please pm if you have any questions to the On3p.
heard ace of spades are really heavey, and filthy riches are so sick if u like rockered park skis, wasnt keen on the rocker but there slayed when in the air and on rails.
How's the durability of the filthy riches? I know that the ace of spades have pretty good durability since my friends would always ride over my skis and for some reason people like to crash into me and the skis are doing just fine with little topsheet chipping.
The durability of the FRs is out of this world. Easily the most durable park ski out there right now. The edges are crazy thick (like twice as thick as pretty much any other park ski), the bases are really durable (I've only gotten minor scratches that fill with a coat of wax), and the sidewalls are very solid. First ski that's lasted me the whole season (80+ days, mostly rails) in years.
I know this is sorta off the original post, but how do the ninthward butterlicious skis compare to the FRs? Should I spend the extra money to get the FRs or save my money and just go with the ninths?
Not even close. Spend the extra money, it's well worth it, no question.

Their skis are pretty low quality. There is a reason that they are slowly falling out of the ski industry
Quality is not great, their customer service can be terrible to deal with (unlike companies like ON3P which usually get back to you within a day or two), and they've made some VERY poor decisions as a company (including refusing to pay advertisers and athletes)..there's a reason a lot of their riders have left them...
Well I guess I made a bad decision ha..... My friend might want the ones I got so I could sell him those and buy some FRs. Couple more questions guys. Last year was pretty much my first year of park skiing so I'm not that familiar with all the park skiing terms and what not. So, what is rockered skis and cambered skis? And what's better for like 65% park and 35% groomers(no powder in PA haha) thanks abunch for all your guys help!
Rockered vs Camber is basically the "bend" of the ski when you place them on the ground. A cambered ski when placed on the ground (without bindings) will have contact in the tip and tail with the ground while the middle is raised up (this is the more "traditional" way of making skis) while rockered skis will be the opposite (raised in the tip and tail, while the middle of the ski underfoot touches the ground). However, there are skis (like the FR) that has camber and rocker, so if you put them on the ground they kinda look like a wave effect...raised, touches, raised, touches, raised (if you look at the diagram on the bottom of the page for the FRs it'll make more sense).
As far as what's better, it's mostly personal preference. I live in CT and the FRs were amazing no matter what they were on. Typically, camber will give you better carving and better control on ice, but can cause catching and hooking of edges in the tip and tail sometimes, while rocker skis loose a bit of edge control but don't catch as easily (this is extremely nice on rails). Rocker skis also ski slightly different, they kinda "surf" or "roll" over the snow instead of carve. However, since the FRs have both rocker and camber they're kinda the best of both worlds, you can carve them hard no matter what the conditions are, but they can also surf and roll over snow (really nice in some fresh snow). I also rode my FRs in some fairly deep snow in Utah and they were ok (would have liked to have my Jefferys...but I didn't), so if you do happen the get some snow in PA (it's been known to happen, some parts got like 18inches just a few weeks ago) you'll be able to hold your own a bit better than on a skinny, cambered ski.

i demoed the FR's for a few days and theyre easily the best park ski in the game. Perfect flex, very poppy, and made everything feel easier. If you have the money they are well worth it.
If I'm 5'9" what size would be best for me? 171cm?

Any other input? I've heard lots of bad things about ninth but a couple people love their skis, anybody else out there like their skis and want to comment why? Same with the ace of spades.
I ski Minnesota, and I ski 100% park, I am not concerned with how they will ski outside of it. I will becentermounting them. I am 6' 0" 160 pounds. I hit 70% rails, 30% jumps. I want to be able to do lots of rail tricks, but then be able to stomp stuff on jumps
