so about two months ago, I bought a first drop hoodie from this guy. Sent him all the money, and he said he sent it, but I've been checking every day for two months and still no hoodie. I'm pretty pissed at this guy and I want my hoodie or my money. This guy is a huge piece of crap.

You were just asking to be scammed when you sent him cash. You have nothing really besides his name, and address, try contacting his parents, or his FB friends.
The second someone says, "I usually only do cash" you need to assume they are a fake nigerian price ready to take you for all you are worth.... because they are. I'm sorry you got scammed, but why would you open yourself up to this nonsense by dealing in cash? The second you sent money you gave up all your leverage in the deal, why did you do that??
