Ridiculous

Can someone help me get down flats on the tramp? every time I try, I just do a lincoln or backflip 180....

This, and be patient on the grab. Make sure you're almost flat on your back and snap the grab. It should naturally send you flat. It did for me at least.

Flatspins a tricky. I can't really explain how to do it, you have to visualize it and send it in a weird direction.

id try to spin while turning your head and sholders to look up and picking up your lower body so you sorta come around horizontal and then just try not to curl up , stay streched out hope that helps sometimes if i try to hard to cork 9 i flat spin on acidet ..hope that helps some good luck

ha ha, just got it!! I tried it spinning the opposite way (to my right) and as soon as I locked in the japan, I just flipped it around. Thanks for the help, +k for everyone!!
