I just do it or don't.
if I do, I either get it, or fall and then get it or keep falling and get mad and then that trick becomes an obsession till I get it.
if I don't do it, I convince myself that that trick is stupid, that x pro doesn't do that trick so I'm not doing it and I feel better... duh.

what do you do?

slowly warm up / build up to said trick, visualize said trick, go for said trick like you have done it 100 times before, confidence is the key.

hate all you want - im not a dubstep fan outside of when im skiing but...

I learn stuff by over rotating old stuff, or just ste the rotation harder to make it new!
Or i'll just try do old stuff slightly diffrent, no need to get to pumped up, then you'll crash!
