chewy. i feel like there is more flavor and i like that its also a little juicy when its chewy, when its crispy its just dry and less flavorful and just less awesome

I can not believe people actually like chewy bacon.
Crispy almost burnt is the best when partnered with syrup. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM Fuckyea Im gonna go eat some crispy bacon

Soft and chewy is the only bacon I really like to eat. I usually don't enjoy bacon that much. Way too salty and greasy for me.

If you get really thick bacon and a really hot pan you can get it crispy in some places and chewy in others. That's the best way to do it
