you get explosive diarrhea during your sleep. You know that bloated feeling you get that results in you rushing to the washroom and just as you sit down, shit absolutely goes off. Is it simply some mind game that your brain plays with you (i.e., the notion that you've got to release the kraken, so to speak)? I almost shat myself yesterday and it got me wondering, what happens if this occurs to you while you're sleeping? + for informative feedback

Remember that one time you went to mexico and ate something bad? Did you shit during your sleep? nah. But were you in a rush to shit when you woke up. yeah. that's it. when you are sleeping your bowels don't work as hard and thus making you not want to shit during your sleep.
