What inlines should i buy for this summer and fall and downtime in the winter

i  have been llooking at the k2 varsity from last year just wanted another opinion on it and will be hittin alot of street rails because my town doesnt have a skate park or anything so yea open to any other suggestions under 150 full sets so yea and color doesnt matter as long as it isnt redicualous like black white and most normal colors are fine so yea and +K for BUMPS

i like remz, look at the nick wood skates. i also just got a pair of usd classic thrones those are nice too. the varsity's are a good skate but they have a small backslide plate. I would give aggressive mall a call they will help you find the right skate, also check the sizing charts because sizes vary.

I like razors even though the plates aren't as big as remz. I personally am using the G9's and they are amazing. Call rollerwarehouse.com and they'll give you some more help. They are really helpful and have a ton of great products

anyone saying size up should reconsider their idiocracy.
skates are like ski boots. you dont want to size up for the simple fact that the more open space you have in your boot shell the less amount of control you are going to have over the skate.
So if you would like boat sized skates that make you skate worse/look like ronald mcdonald then be my guest. however take it from a blader who has skated for a decade and works at a skatepark, you will be bummed when you cant lock your grinds because your boots feel awkwardly massive.

with all that said. do yourself a favor and get a razor genesis model skate. they are IMO the best skate to start on because they fit true to shoe size and skate very well from entry level to professionals. Check out aggressivemall.com. they have the best customer service and Justin the owner is a cool dude who deserves the business.





and while you are at it i suggest checking out this thread. read the whole thing, it will be very useful in your skate choice.

The whole gensys series is really good, but I don't think that you can stick another brand of plates on razors. Never tries and I dont think you can make the plates bigger by all that much. the gensys series runs very close to true so don't size up or down. where the normal size shoe that you wear. I also recommend using ground control feather light freestyle frames because they slide much better than a traditional freestyle frame and they are really good for locking in ledges and rails. Get the m1 or murder 1 dual duro wheels because they last a long time and they are definetly my favorite brand wheels.

By plates i assume you mean frames, i would get a anti rocker setup, kizer fluid 4s are great
boots i would get some razors gen's or sl, or i really like usd, and remz
wheels dont matter that much the designs will wear off after no time, i would just buy the biggest wheels that your frame can fit
bearings also are not worth paying alot for i would just stick with abec 7s and just clean them every once in a while, i cant tell much difference between bearings
and make shure you have good liners thats were you wana spend some money, Jug are the best, and trust are nice too

I personally am a huge fan of remz, but varsitys are good, just not my style becuase they aren't v-cut. I learned on some rollerblade solo eras and they were pretty good to begin with.

yeah, but as a lower skill skater who just wants to have fun they're awesome for just not giving a fuck and sliding whatever I want.

plus, freestyle frames are the closest to the base of a ski so...

Dont go with mooks. They fucking crack.

Go with a pair of Ground Control frames, and throw on some anti rockers.

It doesnt matter if you have freestyle frames or not, your still going to lock onto that central point regardless

Id avoid k2's, and just go with some Razors, or even Xsjados.

Also, bearings are a good investment, and make a difference. Get a pair of Swiss bearings, and shit will last forever. I have them on some suspension frames, on back up skates, and theyre still running strong after 6+ years.

you wont be able to learn how to grind with a mook frame because they have no hblock to lock your grinds on. there are better frames to fuck around on.

check out ground control featherlites or create OG frames. the OG guys are the shit.

also isnt the 10 the same size as a 10.5 shoe would be for razor i thought they didnt run half sizes i wear 10.5 nikes 10 or 11 on the razor skates
