My ski socks have a L and and R on them, if i mix this up I have a bad time

If my ipod runs out before the end of the day = bad time

If my song ends while i'm dropping into a hit I'm in deep shit.


If i take a really hard fall, I immediately hate the song that's playing with every fiber of my being, and won't play that song again for a few days. Usually by the end of ski day i've deleted 5 or 6 songs from the playlist... haha

This! Havent called last run since a last run that went bad a few years ago.

I also always re-grip my poles on the in run to a jump (although not in a jump line).

thats so weird, im literally the exact opposite, usually take lunch at like 11 because of this.

-other than that, never get a haircut during the season
-after i take my boot off, i'll do up the bottom buckle to the 2nd notch
-i always bring my gopro with me but i never use it, once i forgot it and didnt have a good day, so i just bring it now

Nothing ever goes uneven from right to left with me.

Before I put the lift up I tap it five times against the other metal it rests on and then once its up I tap it five times against the other metal. No one else can do it for me no idea why. Fear of injuries I guess

If the bar gets put down on the lift you don't but it back up until after you've passed the last tower.

When i was competing, I had a full of superstitions:
1. Always take a deep breath before going
2. I had 2 t shirts that would make me lose...so I never wore them on snow
3. Never say: check this out
4. Ski socks are better than long socks
5. Tapping poles together psychs me up before a run

Don't ever ever change the playlist order. Sometimes I need another song because the one playing sucks, but I can't change it, or I'm gonna eat shit. Also the more I wait to drop in, the higher is the fail. This is why people before me and waiting forever before going piss me off so much.

Idk, I think if you do it will wear down your edges more evenly. Even if its better for my skis I'm terrible when their on the wrong feet.

i never bought the whole silent rock thing. same with silent rock driving up big cottonwood. at hood i found its mostly the locals that did that but either way its bullshit
