Should i get Rossignol Scratch pro skis or line afterbangs also how are the full tilt booters for new boots

go with the rossis. Afterbangs are not durable at all, are heavy, and have slow bases.

Only heard good things about the rossis and as for the boots, get what ever fits.

Boots: Don't get fulltilts just from the hype. Go to a bootfitter and have a pair of boots fitted to your feet
