I thought it'd be nice if there were one thread where people could post when it's snowing at their home mountain and give a quick local report.

It's currently snowing in Mammoth CA. It's been very windy also so windward slopes will be stripped but leeward slopes will be epic. Website says 5" in 24 hours and 11" from this storm, but it looks like more to me. Skied today and there was some good deep stuff, tomorrow should be even better!

Fuck fuck fuck today was so epic but I had to teach a class all day and was just staring at the top trying to keep my boner down. It started snowing again though so maybe tomorrow will be a repeat of today. Planning to do some local backcountry tomorrow if I have time.

That storm was so sick! Wolfie got 53" that storm and another 22" on Wednesday. Went up there this weekend and still got some pow skiing on the dog chutes, but the snow got really heavy. Once you started hiking you could get away from the chaos. Lots and lots and lots of Texans. They're super cool people, but the majority of them just can't ski for shit. It was funny watching them ski down the lift line.
