^ what? That was framed well considering he was trying to get a shallow depth of field. If he were to put the hat in the center, then u wouldnt be able to see the backround.
i feel you man. i got a lot more of the background in the shot than I wanted to, but for what i was trying to do with the hat brim and the legs contrasting in and out of focus I couldnt figure out a way to eliminate all that space. It was just a quick pic though, just messin around. thanks for the input!
I didn't like the way he framed the hat into it though, yeah getting depth of field is a little part of a shot... its what he wanted but he could have utilized MANY many more priniciples of composition, I was just saying the way it was framed looked slighty awk. I liked it, just my take on it........
