It took me a long time to develop these templates or agreement if you prefer, for my business. I encountered a fair few difficulties and misunderstandings down the road many of which were solved by tweaking the contract template I use. Therefor I suggest you read through those and make changes. You can also inbluded a headline with your name or logo , make it look more proffesional esthetically speaking.

In order to look more proffesionally aswell I suggest you get some business cards. I get mine done by this website

Business cards or not expensive, I payed mine 25$ and they can def help you get the confidence of some picky clients.Whats also interesting about them is that you can either upload your own design or get one done without having to get in touch with a designer.
