Kind of agree with this, but then it also great to see things moving along and all the young kids are stepping it up BIG TIME and this sport is just going to get to new places. I'm amped on it!

Really? Dave's been around for a long time. Has struggled in previous years with making finals / putting down runs in finals. SO stoked for him to finally lay down what he's capable of. PS: He's the first one to ever throw Dub 12 in the pipe.. He kinda started this shit. And also first one to do right dub 12 in the pipe. AND first one to do them back to back in competition. At :50 seconds.

Well I for fucking sure don't, bullshit media hype ups and pretty much every other competitor got downplayed. Every run started like:


"Here comes Peter Olenick, who is great, but CAN HE PUT UP A FIGHT WITH HALL AND DUMONT?!"

or

"David Crichton, huuuuge Flatspin, but not QUITE AS BIG AS DUMONT WHO WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR TANNER'S FINAL RUN!"

Not me. Same fucking runs over and over and over again, year after year after year (mostly aimed at Dumont).

David Wise was pretty much the first to really bring a true double CORK (not some flippy shit) to the pipe, so this was well earned.

Speaking of Uncle E mistakes there chief, I don't know how Noah Morrison is but I guarantee he didn't take 2nd place in the pipe. Noah Bowman on the other hand, did.
