Can i get a few tips for how to do a frontflip ??

And yes I can hit it on the trampoline ... but i am from nothern germany so we dont have mountains and of course nobody who is able to tell me how to do it .

pop forward off the lip, as if your going to do a superman, then tuck and flip it around. it seems counter intuitive but that will actually help you flip them faster and be more aware of where you are in the air.

but it only works if the jump is big enough i think but thanks :) you know when you do it from a box you just have to flip as fast as you can i think or not ?

1.Pop off the jump
2.throw ur arms down
3.tuck ur chin in
3 and a half.kick ur legs up
4.tuck
5.land

its exactly like a 360 its just the mental block.
